Job Description:

• Perform infrastructure support such as cloud computing technologies, server virtualisation, security, etc.
• Analyze and translate user requirements into technical specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance inventory management systems
• Handle daily related support including contract and project administration 
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experience in infrastructure support and management
• Solid experience in IT security, cloud computing technologies, server virtualisation, security etc.
• Hands-on experience in IT operational management and contract administration
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
