RESPONSIBLILITY

• Responsible for maintenance and support of network / system infrastructure; provide server administration and desktop support for users relating to software / hardware, installation and maintenance
• Provide daily technical support and trouble shooting in relation to POS System for frontend and back office users
• Manage vendors to provide IT services in support corporate and retail operations effectively
• Provide regular operational metrics and performance reporting to ensure continuous improvement
• Perform vendor and project management when necessary
• Provide end-user support, installation & troubleshoot on SAP client and in-house application
• Manage and roll out projects to local countries in APAC
• Participate in ad hoc projects such as store opening and hardware upgrade
• Occasional traveling to China may be required

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting IT Infrastructure
• Experience of Office 365, Active Directory and SCCM
• Understanding of Cisco Networking Technology
• Understanding of Microsoft Server
• Experience of dealing with 3rd party providers
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
