Description

• Drive the initiation, mobilization, and execution of initiatives prioritized in the Strategic Planning cycle.
• Collaborate with project sponsors and Business and IT stakeholders to prepare business cases, lead discussions with enablers
• Provide end-to-end, hands-on project management for assigned initiatives.
• Track and report program updates (e.g., progress, financials, risks, and issues) and present in senior management forums (e.g., Project Steering Committee) and for PMO reporting.
• Coordinate vendor sourcing processes, including SoW preparation, review, and sign-off.
• Lead project managers/tech leads from vendors or off-shore delivery teams to coordinate, mobilize, and execute with internal IT functional departments.
• Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies promptly.
• Map out intra and inter-project dependencies to ensure holistic risk and issue assessment.
• Manage the change management process to ensure project changes are managed properly and transparently executed.

Profile

• Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with vendor management and coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
