Our client is a large scale property firm with business across APAC. To cope with their business growth, they are currently hiring a IT Business Analyst who possess all-rounded application delivery experiences to drive digital transformation.

工作内容

• Requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management, UAT and launch planning
• Coordinate with stakeholders including business users, IT team, creative team and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered timely and with high quality
• As an all-rounded BA to drive business applications (e.g. CRM, SFMC, BI/Centralized Data Platform, Mobile apps)
• Manage change requests and conflicting requirements from business to ensure success
• Effectively use of internal/ external resources as required by projects
• Responsible for project documentation

理想的求职者

• University degree in Business Administration, Operation Management or other related disciplines
• 3+ years or above working experience in Business Analysis
• Hands on with SQL
• Exposure to any business application systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, BI/ Analytics Platform, Mobile apps, e-Com)
• Possess retail or property industry background is a plus
• Self-motivated with detail-minded
• A good team player with strong problem-solving and presentation skill
• Demonstrate good English and Chinese writing skills with good presentation skills
