Client Details

Our client is a large scale commercial firm. To cope with their business growth, they are currently hiring a IT Application Lead to drive Netsuite enhancement and its mobile apps implementation. This person will also manage the operations and provide support across multiple cloud based applications and website

Description

• Understand and translate users' needs into practical solutions to facilitate corporate's long-term growth.
• Role as IT project manager to drive new application/ digital solutions. Bridge between business users and vendors. Hands on with user requirement gathering, system design, implementation plan, UAT/ SIT, training, and documentation.
• Drive NetSuite enhancement and deployment of NetSuite mobile app.
• Facilitate and report project status (schedule, scope, cost, issues, risks and resources).
• Perform product comparison, tendering and system licenses renewal
• Perform R&D on new technology solutions and its feasibility in bringing to the corporate including GPT and AI. Perform POC testing on different SaaS applications
• Maintain the operation of multiple applications and provide support to business users (Applications include NetSuite, CyberArk, website, CRM system, Azure AD, digital analytics platform, risk management platforms, SAP Ariba, Paperform, eApply, VAC, Zapier, Nanonets, Veeam etc.)

Profile

• Bachelor in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant disciplines
• 5+ years' experience in Information Technology
• Solid experience in NetSuite implementation/ enhancement
• Experience in digital platform development, implementation, and support
• Strong in IT project and vendor management (Certificate holder of PMP®, ScrumMaster®, PRINCE2 is a plus).
• Hands on with scripting using JavaScript/ NetSuite Suitelet and SaaS application integration using REST API
• Knowledgeable with Oracle database 12c and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge on web analytics solutions (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) is a plus
• Good command in Chinese and English
