We are looking for a high caliber professional to join Information Technology Group of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

Reporting to project managers or team leads, the appointee will primarily focuses on the following duties:

• Digitize and optimize existing paper-based and/or manual business processes across the organization to help reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Lead the investigation of existing business processes and architect how processes can be automated/ digitalized and also identified opportunities to consolidate, optimize and/or eliminate redundant activities
• Develop automation of steps on the chosen cloud-based workflow platform, leveraging integration technologies to interface with other supporting systems
• Promote the use of online workflows, monitor the adoption of automation/ digitalization, and educate users on the usage
• Understand, monitor and administer the new cloud workflow platform and other systems as required

Requirements:

• A self-driven individual with strong technical and problem solving capabilities, yet possesses strengths in communication and stakeholder engagement would be an ideal candidate
• A recognized university degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Business Analyst certification would be an advantage with at least 3 years’ IT experience
• Strong demonstrated business analysis skills a must
• Experience in business process reengineering/ streamlining/ Business process automation/ workflow automation an advantage
• Experience in cloud solutions (any of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and/or API Management a clear advantage (preferably with experience in, ServiceNow, or similar)
• Experienced in project delivery methodology (preferably Agile/ SCRUM)
• Self-initiated, strong teamwork, creative with good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good documentation/ report writing/ training skills
• Good spoken and written English. Good spoken Cantonese an advantage
