IT Administrative Assistant (Ref: CP/ITAA/20180201)

Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for IT department;
  • Manage IT Support hotline;
  • Assist in IT asset procurement and system testing;
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above;
  • Minimum 1 year’s clerical / administration working experience;
  • Relevant experience in construction industry will be an advantage;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Initiative, hardworking and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
