As an IP Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert legal advice on intellectual property matters.
• Representing clients in IP disputes and litigation.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to IP.
• Conducting due diligence for IP-related transactions.
• Advising clients on IP rights, licensing, and protection strategies.
• Keeping up-to-date with developments in IP law and related areas.

理想的求职者

A successful IP Associate should have:

• Hong Kong admitted - around 2 PQE
• Extensive knowledge of IP law and its application. Litigation experience will be held in high regard as well.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong Chinese language skills
