Duties:

• Manage and monitor the post-disaster recovery and risk reduction projects in Mainland China and take full responsibilities of the projects assigned.
• Conduct and facilitate capacity building training to local partners and communities.
• Keep good budget control of the approved programs.
• Frequent travelling to China is required.

Requirements:

• University degree holder, preferably in Social Science disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience.
• Experienced in disaster management, humanitarian and non-profit sector would be preferable.
• Strong skills in program management in social service & knowledge of humanitarian approaches and methodologies.
• Experience of working in Mainland China is a definite asset.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) & English.
