Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Audit Committee of ENM Holdings Limited and functionally to the CEO
- Design and implement the annual audit plan for the Group as well as audit plans for individual audit engagements for different business units and functions
- Based on the results of the risk assessment performed by line management on existing business as well as newly acquired significant business, evaluate the adequacy and on-going effectiveness of the risk mitigating measures, particularly the internal control system of the Group by covering all material controls, including financial, operational and compliance
- Co-ordinate and communicate with operating levels of management in arriving at practical and value-added audit recommendations
- Conduct audit and perform follow-up reviews, ensure internal procedures are in alignment with the Group policies
- Prepare internal audit reports with practical recommendations for improvement of internal control, compliance and operational efficiency
- Keep abreast of current developments in internal control systems, risk management systems and changes in business related ordinances, and report to Audit Committee and senior management on timely basis
- Co-ordination with external auditor
- Conduct ad hoc assignment as required by senior management or Audit Committee
Requirements:

Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines with ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications

Minimum 5 years solid auditing experience gained from Big4 CPA firms plus 3 years internal audit experience in HK or overseas listed companies’ regional or local operation

Good knowledge of the operation and risk management of clothing retail and / or investment management business; hands on experience in the design and implementation of internal audit and internal control system would be an advantage

Good knowledge in rules and regulation of listed companies in Hong Kong and COSO model would be an advantage

Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage

Good presentation skills, writing skills and project management skills

Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

Result-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work and manage projects independently

Proficient in Chinese & English Word processing, MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Occasional business travel may be required
