Interior Designer (Assistant Manager) – Renowned Shopping Mall in HK

Company Overview

Our client is one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong with a focus on shopping mall developments. With the rapid expansion in Hong Kong and China market, they’re now looking for an experienced Interior Designer team and mainly focus on sizable PRC projects.

Responsibilities:

To take lead and coordinate the design team with consultants and internal parties to deliver project from design intent through to completion
Carry out site inspections and monitor site works progress to ensure timely delivery and compliance with relevant statutory requirements/design standards.
Strong in liaising with consultants to execute sizable interior design project
To research and develop on design standard modules and design trends

Requirements:

10 years of experience in retail fit-out and large-scale project experience (PRC project experience is preferred)
Large-scale retail or shopping mall project experience
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related discipline
Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, graphic and 3D design tools
Strong visual merchandising design management skill
Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Business travel may be required
Less experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
