Responsibilities: 

• Hands-on the full package of design, ensure outputs are accurate and of high quality
• Responsible to initial space planning, material selection and design presentation.
• Take ownership for project deliveries, construction-phrase activities and quality of work. Coordinate with Project team and related parties to ensure timeline and quality.
• Develop the design guideline for difference branding.
• Responsible to approve the design drawings form consultant and design firm.
• Work closely with Business Development, Branding and Marketing teams, consultants, suppliers for PPG concept implementation
• Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma or related certification in Interior Design or Architectural Design or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in design field, preferably in hotel, hospitality, retail or catering industry
• Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Individual Handle 3D Rendering. (3D Max / Sketch Up)
• Handle full set of design and construction drawings.
• Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing
• Strong sense of responsibility and problem solving ability
• Reliable, open-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Able to cope within a fast pace working environment and tight deadlines
• Have passion for design, creative, independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel abroad
• Immediately available
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Designer
