The Department of Physics seeks candidates for an Instructional Assistant position. The appointee will assist in tutorial and laboratory teaching, course preparation, teaching development, and supervision of students for the MSc Program in Data-Driven Modeling.

Applicants should have a master's degree or above in physics, (applied) mathematics, statistics, computer science or data-related subjects. Preference will be given to candidates who possess skills in modeling, computation, or data analysis. Experience in machine learning and web scraping is preferred. (Duration: 1 year, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided.
