Responsibilities:

• Manage IT and maintain all application systems and networking ,both hardware and software
• Design, manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
• Liaise with external service providers and internal users
• Provide IT support to Hotel Guest and internal users
• Provide IT training to internal users
• Follow up the IT Audit
• Review of exiting infrastructure and propose improvement plan
• Ad-hoc project assigned by management

Requirements:

• Proven experience at Information Systems for 3-4 years at hospitality industry
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT or relevant disciplines
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and project management
• Proficient in Windows platform, cloud computing , mobile technology and networking technology
• Strong communication ,presentation and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and proactive team player
• Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage
