  • Post-secondary and or above, with relevant experience gained from customer services centre or call centre is an advantage;
  • Answer n-bound calls and escalate the customer requests to the related parties by prompt action
  • Prepare weekly report and assist in daily routine clerical works;
  • Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred; and
  • Shift duty is required.
