· Support the design, implementation and monitoring of talent development initiatives & assessment tools
· Responsible for talent analytics to ensure quality delivery of bi-annual talent dashboard and provide insights on talent trends
· Manage the leadership portal for enhancing a transparent communication among High Potentials and business leaders
· Act as the Subject Matter Expert of Talent Management module to guide the business leaders in the people segmentation process via system
· Support the team on Organization Talent Review ("OTR") process and ensure the timely delivery of reports
· Conduct OTR analysis to present the talent outlook and facilitate the organizational and divisional talent calibration meetings
· Liaise with Learning & Development team, external consultants & vendors on talent development initiatives & assessment centres
· Conduct research to obtain external talent benchmarks, statistics and practices
· Drive and participate in pertinent ad hoc or broader HR projects related/not related to Talent Management whenever appropriate
Requirements:
· University graduate
· Minimum 4 years HR experience with previous experience in talent management is an advantage
· Strong business acumen and solid HR exposure gained from fast pace environment
· Comfortable with working independently and under ambiguity
· Team player, agile and self-motivated
· Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills
· Fluent in oral and written English, Cantonese
