We are looking for an HR Officer for a Top Banking group. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to enter the financial industry and primarily assist with recruitment processes.

Description

• Supporting process in recruitment and coordinating with hiring in the company
• Arranging with internal business units, external vendors, recruitment related events according to request.
• Handling with interview logistics, candidates contacting, CV screening, job ad posting, and document preparation.
• Following up with employee's on/off boarding and provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Responding to ad hoc duties and enquires from manager.

Profile

• Welcome to fresh-graduates with internship experience or junior candidates with relevant experience
• Decent language skills including Cantonese, English and Mandarin with a great communication manner
• Great team-player and fast-paced candidate with a detailed mind
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and English and Chinese typing
