The Role

  • Responsible for the full recruitment and employment process from sourcing, screening, arranging and conducting interview to on boarding formalities
  • Manage recruitment channels include printed / online advertisement, social media and NGOs
  • Coordinate recruitment events such as career talk, recruitment day, job fair, job familiarization visit, etc.
  • Continual review and regulate of resourcing channels, attraction strategies, assessment tools, employer brand and selection process
  • Compose and analyze recruitment statistical reports to evaluate effectiveness of resourcing channels, strategies and projects
  • Maintain an up-to-date headcount database for defining hiring plans
  • Liaise and organize internship and trainees programme with internal and external parties
  • Take part in ad hoc projects as assigned

 

 

The Person

  • Degree holder with 2 years of related working experiences
  • Concrete experience in the field of recruitment is an advantage
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Strong interpersonal and good analytical skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Human Resources Assistant
