Job descriptions:

This role will be supporting our team in Hongkong and Macau’s HR full spectrum of HR tasks, include the following aspects:

  • Recruitment and Selection

- Post job advertisements on relevant platforms, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates.

- Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers for further interviews, and make job offers.

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

- Prepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Guide new employees through the onboarding process, including completing paperwork, providing orientation, and introducing company policies and procedures.

- Follow up the offboarding, like the exit interview, final payment.

  • Employee Relations

- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns and issues in a timely manner.

- Handle employee disputes and conflicts, and work towards resolving them in a fair and objective manner.

  • Performance Management**

- Following company’s performance appraisal systems, and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Help handle performance related issues, such as performance improvement plans and terminations.

  • Compensation and Benefits

- Assist in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring their competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws.

- Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, and other payments.

- Answer employee questions regarding compensation and benefits.

- Tax related process per local policies.

  • HR Administration

- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.

- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to support decision making.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and update company policies and procedures accordingly.

- Support the Import labor application with Agencies.

  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years Proven experience, preferably in the retail industry, experience in frontline hiring will be preferred.
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances and other HR related legislation
  • Independent, details-minded, responsible, analytical, able to work under pressure with good communication skills
  • Positive, self-motivated, creative and resourceful.
  • Language skills: Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
