About our role
We are looking for a talented and self-driven Human Resource Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to Manager – Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will handle the end-to-end recruitment activities independently.
Responsibilities will include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from attracting and sourcing candidates, screening and selecting, to offer and onboarding to designed business units
- Delivering a brand aligned candidate experience at all recruitment key touch points
- Utilize all possible sourcing tools and channels to source talents
- Build strong talent pipelines and put forward suitable candidates to the hiring managers in a timely manner
- Conduct effective screening and interviews by using structured assessment tools and techniques
- Work closely with the Business Partner team and other relevant parties to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have
- University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, either in the sizable corporation or in a recruiting agency
- Experience using ATS, Talent Link will be a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders at all levels
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
- Open-minded and adaptive to change
