Job Responsibilities:
- Handle with the whole recruitment process including CV screening, preparation of formalities and offer negotiation
- Prepare and consolidate various kind of HR reports
- Assist in handling the compensation and benefit programmes including but not limited to insurance plans, incentive programs, retirement plans
- Update and draft HR policies and practices
- Organize and co-ordinate staff activities and events
- Assist in training coordination
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience in sizable organization
- Good communication and typing skills
- Able to work multi-task effectively and independently
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
- High proficiency in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Detail-minded, proactive and willing to learn
- Enthusiastic and initiative team player with strong intention and adaptability
- Immediate available is highly preferred
