Job Duties

• Responsible for the recruitment needs in candidate source, interview and selection, reference check, new joiner induction etc.
• Prepare HR reports such as staff movement report, organization chart, recruitment report etc.
• Co-ordinate CSR activities and other company activities as assigned
• Assist in planning and implementing training programs 
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• 3-5 years relevant experience which in FMCG or manufacturing industry preferable
• Well-versed in Labour Ordinance and related legislation
• Energetic, well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently & multi-task
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• PC knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
