Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Engage in annual HR projects such as performance management, HRIS enhancement, budget preparation, policy review
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in HRM or relevant disciplines, with at least 5 year’s relevant working experience
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment, MPF & Tax Ordinance, knowledge in Macau and Taiwan Labor Law is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience in payroll administration & HRIS operation
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, well-organized and details-oriented, sensitive in figures
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant HR Officer
