Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
- Engage in annual HR projects such as performance management, HRIS enhancement, budget preparation, policy review
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or relevant disciplines, with at least 5 year’s relevant working experience
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment, MPF & Tax Ordinance, knowledge in Macau and Taiwan Labor Law is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration & HRIS operation
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, well-organized and details-oriented, sensitive in figures
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant HR Officer
