THE JOB
Reporting to the Assistant Human Resources Manager (Compensation & Benefits), the Human Resources Officer (Compensation & Benefits) will be responsible for the following duties:
- Perform Compensation & Benefits function including but not limited to payroll and MPF administration, tax filing, employees’ compensation claims handling, insurance claims management;
- Oversee leave administration and record maintenance of HR systems;
- Support Compensation & Benefits projects including but not limited to staff budgeting, annual salary review, insurance tendering / renewal;
- Compile financial statistics and management reports; and
- Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor
THE REQUIREMENTS
- A higher diploma or university degree in human resources management or a relevant discipline;
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience;
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Hong Kong Taxation, MPF regulations and other related legislations;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua is a definite advantage;
- Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing; and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
