Human Resources Manager, HRIS

The Client

Our client is a part of sizeable conglomerate and a listed company in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Manage HRIS operations throughout design to implementation stages, user acceptance tests (UAT), also system configuration and maintenance
• Identify the needs to modify and enhance the existing HRIS in terms of efficiency and data analytics
• Formulate implementation of any new HR systems which meet the business outcomes
• Ability to manage the HR core system, also have the capacity to monitor the operation of employee mobile apps and associated websites
• Ensure good performance of HR applications and provide trainings to employees if necessary
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity in accord with HR policy
• Formulate HR reports and retain data integrity in systems by monitoring, analysing, and tidying up HR data regularly
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management / Information System / Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in handling HRIS and associated HR matters
• Familiar with HRIS implementation and operation and possess good knowledge in Employment Ordinance
• Any experience in using Flex system or staff mobile apps/website/system management is an advantage but not a must
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Independent problem solver with good analytical skills
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
