The Client
Our client is a reputable large corporation with headquarter in HK.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR support, including account servicing, performance management, employee relations, staff movement and engagement, etc
- Assist the Head of HR, accountable for designing, enhancing and executing human resources and people strategy of the group to support the achievement of business goals on HR and talent sustainability
- Contribute on development and execution of sustainability related projects/ events
- Set Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with the organisation’s values
- Prepare proper internal communications literature to enhance employee engagement and community investment on sustainability issues
- Conduct regular review in areas of compensation and benefits, research and develop trends to facilitate formulation of CSR strategies and sustainability related projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of sustainability, human resources, or employee engagement experience in renowned corporation of large HR teams of over 30-40 staff. Recent experience preferably include HR sustainability report, HR awards.
- Experience in developing sustainability projects in large corporation
- Familiar with CSR and sustainability trends and programmes
- Good communication skills, ability to build partnerships and establish rapport and credibility at all levels
- Details oriented with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Candidates with more experience, may be considered for senior manager position
