Human Resources Manager - Compensation & Benefits

The Client

Our client is a government funded corporation on innovation and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of C&B projects such as job evaluation, reward design, salary and benefits benchmarking
• Undertake
• Undertake annual salary review and variable pay exercises including grading and salary structure review, cost simulation and budget allocation, payroll execution and etc.
• Collaborate with both internal HR team and HR consultants to accomplish C&B projects
• Formulate HR analytics to support the top management team on decisions of annual agenda and budgeting
• Lead the enhancement of HR operation workflows and managed HR system implementation
• Performing any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in C&B areas or HR analytics, ideally from MNC or sizable companies
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to communicate with different stakeholders
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiar with Employment and MPF Ordinance, also employment related legislations
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
