Our client is a renowned retailer in the world well established in Hong Kong. To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth, they are now urgently seeking an experienced HR Manager with retailer experience to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take a key role in the management and operations in the HR department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR Function, including C&B, employee relations, performance management, organisation change, talent management…etc
• Lead a small team (7 members) in running day-to-day HR operations.
• Steer and drive annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review & performance management
• Formulate and implement human resources programs, policies & procedures that are in compliance with all employment related ordinances
• Identify potential improvement opportunities to meet business objectives and participate in various HR servicing related assignments
• Develop Group-wide policies related to HR services or other HR projects when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid HR generalist with at minimum 4 years at managerial level. Experienced in retail, or FMCG is highly preferred
• Able to build trust-worthy relationship with strong communication and people management skills
• Detail-minded, positive, well-organised and able to adapt changes
• Multi-tasking, meticulous, organised with strong analytical skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese is essential
• Candidate with more experience will consider as Senior Human Resources Manager
