Responsibilities
- Act as business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business unit
- Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
- Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs so as to maintain competitiveness and comply with legal requirement
- Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
- Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements
- University graduate in Human Resources Management, or any business discipline
- Minimum 8 years proven HR experience in all rounded HR generalist role, preferably experience gained from F&B, catering, retail industry or sizable organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
- A change agent, resilience and with positive mindset
- Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
- Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
- Sound PC skills and Chinese word processing
