Human Resources Assistant, Rewards & Policy

Company Overview

Job Purpose: 

Responsible in handling a wide range of compensation and benefits activities, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HR reporting, policy and procedure review.

This role reports into the Assistant Manager, Rewards & Policy.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the daily operation of the C&B function and the administration of related policies and procedures
  • Assist in compiling routine and ad-hoc HR reports accurately
  • Update and maintain accurate personnel records in the HRIS system
  • Liaise with payroll team and ensure payroll processing and payment is performed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure all staff movement cases such as promotion, salary adjustments, transfer, resignation & termination are executed accurately and in accordance with the company policies
  • Provide advisory services and attend to queries regarding payroll and other C&B related issues
  • Assist in benchmarking exercises to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in fashion/luxury retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-minded, proactive and analytical
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient PC skills, especially MS Excel
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive, Rewards & Policy
