Company Overview
Job Purpose:
Responsible in handling a wide range of compensation and benefits activities, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, HR reporting, policy and procedure review.
This role reports into the Assistant Manager, Rewards & Policy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the daily operation of the C&B function and the administration of related policies and procedures
- Assist in compiling routine and ad-hoc HR reports accurately
- Update and maintain accurate personnel records in the HRIS system
- Liaise with payroll team and ensure payroll processing and payment is performed in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure all staff movement cases such as promotion, salary adjustments, transfer, resignation & termination are executed accurately and in accordance with the company policies
- Provide advisory services and attend to queries regarding payroll and other C&B related issues
- Assist in benchmarking exercises to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferably in fashion/luxury retail industry
- Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Detail-minded, proactive and analytical
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Executive, Rewards & Policy
