Human Resources Assistant (Part-time)

Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of administrative, HR and clerical supports to the department such as HR daily routines, data entry, record updates, interview arrangement, office administration etc
- Maintain an efficient filing system
- Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate Human Resources Management, Business Administraion students
- Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook

Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills

Well-organized, self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure

Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua

Immediate available will be an advantage
