Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for assisting all-round human resources functions
- Supporting R&S activities including job posting, candidates screening, and interview arrangement
- Coordinating new joiner C&B enrollment, from documentation to orientation preparation
- Providing sourcing support and liaise with vendors in organizing staff activities
- Maintaining personnel databases and filing records with a well-organized manner
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, BA, Management, or related disciplines
- 1-year relevant working experience preferred but not essential
- Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Cheerful, detail-minded and eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
