Responsibilities
• Provide administration support for HR routine work (e.g. data input, record update and filing)
• Handle office administration duties such as stationary ordering, pantry supplies, office stock keeping;
• Deliver and distribute documents to sister restaurants
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
• Outdoor work is required
Requirements
• Tertiary Education or above in Human Resources Management or related studies
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills able to communicate with colleagues across all levels
• Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese
• Immediately Available
We Offer:
• $55 per hour
• Work hour Mon- Fri (10:00-13:00) (14:00-18:00)
• 4-8 hours per day, 3-4 days per week (working hour negotiable)
