We are seeking a HRBP Manager - TA focused to lead recruitment efforts and play an integral role in shaping the company's broader HR strategies. This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a clear growth path to an HR Director role.

Description

• Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Manage job postings, sourcing, and recruitment pipelines, building strong relationships with universities, agencies, and platforms.
• Proactively identify high-potential candidates, nurture connections, and drive interview coordination.
• Oversee internal recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking and managing candidates.
• Enhance the overall candidate experience, optimizing hiring processes for a seamless journey.
• Strengthen employer branding through networking, university partnerships, and targeted social media engagement.
• Support broader HR initiatives such as onboarding, team-building activities, and company culture development.

Profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience within the quantitative finance or tech industry.
• Strong educational background with a keen understanding of industry hiring needs.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and recruitment software.
• Fluent in Mandarin with strong English proficiency.
