General Description:
This position is responsible for all HR and Admin matters in HKG Branch. You will play a key role in organization development and assist to drive the HR development to cope with the business growth.
Reporting Line:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, South China & HKG, and dotted line reporting to HR Manager, South China & HKG

Job Description:
- Be responsible for daily operations in C&B including leave management, monthly payroll process, final payment, MPF contributions, tax reporting and benefit management
- HR system maintenance and P-file management, making sure all staff information input correctly and timely
- Work as partner with business managers, understand their needs and provide appropriate recruitment advices/ support proactively
- Develop and direct implementation of plans and/or programs to ensure the most effective utilization of Human Resources to support all short-term and long-term business needs
- HR related vendor management and cost control
- Ensure all company’s rules, guidelines and policies are in compliance with local labor laws in Hong Kong
- Deal with employee relations issues
- Organize staff activities and events
- Lead the admin clerk and maintain overall supervision for admin issues
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum of 5 years in HR field, preferably in Freight Forwarding industry
- C&B experience is must
- Familiar with Labor Ordinance
- Strong Computer skills on MS Office
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Eager to learn as well as good communication & analytical skills
- Good team player
