Responsibilities:
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment function
- Explore and develop various effective recruitment channels to cope with business need and development
- Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors
- Support recruitment-related ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology
- 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably with experience in sizable companies
- Familiar with Employment Ordinance of HKSAR
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Energetic, pleasant, detail-minded with tactful negotiation skill
- Able to work independently with strong team work spirit
- Immediate available is highly preferred
