Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and source high-caliber candidates for organizational development and operational effectiveness in a timely manner
- Explore innovative ways of recruitment for talent attraction and creation of a source for reliable supply of labor
- Conduct salary survey and benchmarking for uplifting employee competition in the market in return of higher retention
- Participate in institutional and regional recruitments involving visa applications and international recruitment consultations
- Partner with management team to devise and launch strategic recruitment plans
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as instructed
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR / Business studies is preferred but not a must
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with construction / engineering industries is an advantage
- Smart, highly-efficient, sensitive to market, reverse to pressures
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR Manager
