We currently have an opportunity for a HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an experienced individual who would like to take on a role where you will provide business advice to a specific line of business in CBRE. You will engage with business line leaders on all employee relations matters and work closely with the greater HR team on programs and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have at least five years' experience working in a HR generalist or business partner role. If your HR experience is gained in the real estate industry, that will be an advantage. A strong knowledge of HK employment and labour relations laws is essential, as well as fluent (preferably native) spoken and written Cantonese. The right candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to engage with a wide range of roles within the business. We will consider candidates at the Assistant Manager level looking for a step-up in their career.
