They are seeking a function lead for the HRBP function, to drive strategies and innovations within the workplace, aiming to enhance staff engagement and improve the overall employee experience.

About The Role
This is a new headcount leading the HR Business Partner function, and be responsible for:

• Change Agent: Act as a catalyst for business transformation by challenging the status quo and implementing innovative HR solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize numerical sensitivity to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Talent Development: Identify and develop high-potential talent, fostering a culture of growth and leadership within the organization.
• Conflict Resolution: Employ tactful communication skills to manage complex team dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively.

Requirements
To excel in this hybrid role, ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as an true HR Business Partner.
• Change Management: Demonstrated ability to drive change and support business transformation initiatives.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, with the presence to manage challenging conversations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities to inform HR strategies and decisions.
• Innovative Mindset: A non-conventional HR professional who thrives on challenges and seeks continuous improvement.
