Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will perform on-site management and monitoring work on the hotels and serviced apartments of our Group for a quality service standard by implementing effective policies and procedures and by working closely with other teams to ensure service of the hotel / serviced apartment is up to standard.

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder, preferably in Hotel Management and/or Property Management.
• Minimum 5 years or above on-site managerial experience in serviced apartments or hotels operation;
• Solid supervisory experience of housekeeping / maintenance team is preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High initiative with strong leadership skills
• Proficiency in PC operations
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Hotel Manager
