Major Responsibilities
 
The appointee is required to
 
(a) prepare financial reports, budgets, and analysis;
(b) manage procurement, receipts, and payment functions to meet the College’s financial regulations and procedures;
(c) offer analysis and advice to the senior management in financial planning;
(d) coordinate auditing to ensure internal and external compliance;
(e) review, enhance and implement internal control policies and guidelines, and manage financial records;
(f) review and streamline workflow to improve efficiency, and enhance automation of existing accounting functions; and
(g) perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
 
 
Requirements
 
Applicants should have
 
(a) a recognised bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
(b) at least 10 years of experience in accounting;
(c) solid management and supervision experience;
(d) hands-on experience in digital platforms and ERP systems preferred;
(e) good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; and   
(f) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Conditions of Service  
 
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Appointment will be on a fixed-term contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
