工作内容

• Create a strategic plan for the Group that encompasses short, medium, and long-term objectives. Decompose, refine, and execute strategic priorities into practical business plans for Hong Kong, Greater China, and other regions, ensuring annual alignment with the key strategic requirements of the head office.
• Consistently track the implementation of these strategies to aid management in decision-making and promote adaptive collaboration among customer segments, products, and channels. Ensure that all departments within the Insurance Sector are in sync with the overall business strategies, action plans, and special initiatives.
• Craft strategy documents and reports that align with internal and external guidelines. Design work plans and executive summaries, perform business analysis, oversee the management of qualitative KPIs, track key initiatives within the group and sector, and keep detailed records of meeting minutes and other day-to-day activities.
• Conduct market analysis to create strategic insurance options informed by essential business data, including insights into retail banking trends, competitive intelligence, and forecasts of industry developments.

理想的求职者

• Preferred: 12+ years of experience in strategic analysis or roles within financial institutions.
• Strong hands-on experience in project planning and management.
• Background in insurance sales and performance management.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance operations and process optimization.
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements, industry standards, and market dynamics.
• Candidates with experience from Big Four audit firms specializing in insurance consulting are preferred.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills.
• Proficient in data processing, analysis, mining, and summarization.
