Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- To take overall responsibilities of all human resources and office administration functions of the Group.
- To manage full range of HR responsibilities including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, organization development, employee relations, performance management, training & development, etc.
- To perform regular and ad-hoc office administration activities
- To review and upgrade HR & Administration policies and procedures
- To plan and implement HR initiatives for the Group
- To act as a business partner with Senior Management and provide strategic HR planning to cope with organizational growth
Requirements:
- University Degree preferably in HR Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in HR and administration operations, preferably in a sizable organization
- Familiar with employment related ordinances in Hong Kong
- Proactive, meticulous and with good leadership skills
- A dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
- Well-versed in MS Office applications and ERP system
