Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Fixed Income team to achieve budget targets and deliver profitable outcomes.

Develop and execute business strategies and plans to strengthen existing operations, including:

Driving marketing initiatives and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Identifying and addressing customer needs, supporting clients in primary capital market development planning.

Expanding market share through innovative solutions and tailored fixed income products.

Build and nurture strategic connections with external stakeholders (e.g., issuers, investors, regulators) to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams (Research, Risk, Sales) to align resources and drive cross-departmental business growth.

Promote synergy across the Company's departments to enhance organizational efficiency and shared objectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to formulate industry-oriented visions and innovative strategies to advance business growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in fixed income, capital markets, or investment banking, with a focus on SEA/APAC markets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
