Head of Dealing to oversee all trading activities and managing dealing team.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading players in the market with a stable team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement dealing policies and procedures for the dealing team.
• Act as a RO for the business, overseeing all business activities.
• Conduct research on business strategies to enhance trading operations.
• Monitor daily operations of the dealing and risk control teams, ensuring compliance with SFC regulations.
• Supervise staff in the dealing and risk teams, providing training to better serve clients.
• Coordinate with various operational departments to implement top management decisions.
• Manage risk in client portfolios, reviewing daily risk reports and monthly stress tests.
• Prepare monthly dealing room reports for top management and headquarters.
• Collaborate with the product development team to achieve KPIs and expand the business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a trading or dealing role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
• Currently acting as Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1 & 4
• University degree holder, preferably major in Finance, investment or Economics
• Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, particularly in securities and derivatives.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
