Job Descriptions:
- To lead and manage the office administration function of multiple office locations;
- To develop and implement efficient administrative policies, procedures, and practices to optimize office operations;
- To oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and office supplies procurement;
- To collaborate with various departments to streamline cross-functional processes and improve overall efficiency;
- To oversee office renovation works and monitor ESG reporting related to office administration; and
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline;
- A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience gained in financial sector and / or public bodies;
- Excellent multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously;
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Track record and proven experience in office renovation works and relocation project; and
- Proficient in using office software and technology for efficient workflow management.
