Job Requirement 工作要求

• Certificate / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourisim or related disciplines
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Experience in hotel industry / customer service is an advantage
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer
• 6 days off per 4 weeks
