Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for greeting and helpful customer services to the guests, such as enquiry and complaint
- Maintain a good relationship with guests
- Handle daily operations such as guest's check-in and check-out, room checking, leasing documents preparation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- 2 - 3 years working experience in customer service, preferable in hotel or serviced apartment
- Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Relations Officer.
