We are looking for GROUP QUALITY MANAGER / HEAD OF QUALITY (station Vietnam) – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

Report to COO
Fully responsible for quality management in Vietnam plant; as well as oversee quality management in minor factories in Cambodia & Sri Lanka.
Supervise and train QA inspectors to ensure quality in apparel factories
Drive improvements to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with production teams to solve quality issues
Work with vendors and suppliers to meet quality standards
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes
Conduct regular evaluations of product quality
Provide guidance on quality issues to senior leadership
Travel to locations like Cambodia or Sri Lanka may be required
Bachelor's degree holder; an advantage for Textiles/Clothing/Quality/Production/Manufacturing studies
At least 10 years of extensive experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record in the apparel manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of Fabric/Woven/Knits manufacturing processes and quality control
Prior experience with offshore factories is highly desirable
Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both English and Chinese
Station in Vietnam
Some trips to SE Asian factories
14 months salary + performance bonus
