This Graduate Program aims to cultivate talents and experienced candidates in the Financial industry. Trainees will acquire well-rounded experience, skills and knowledge in the fields of Wealth Management and the Financial sectors in Hong Kong. Trainees will receive intensive training in the fields of Risk Management, Retirement Management, Asset Allocation and Investment Planning while working under the Mentors. We welcome non-business students from universities as extra training will be provided.

1. Provide professional financial advice to clients

• Assess clients’ current financial status by conducting financial needs analysis
• Conduct insurance value assessment
• Manage risk analysis and loss identification
• Offer Professional financial advice to clients
• Offer all-rounded financial solutions to clients, including risk management, retirement planning, asset allocation, investment planning and so on
• Evaluate different financial planning products to clients, e.g. mutual funds, MPF, international properties and so on
• Maintain, review and update clients’ wealth management and investment portfolio

2. Team management

• Collaborate with teammates to develop various business and marketing techniques
• Provide support in planning and arrangement of business strategy for the team
